OrbVoice public companion guide

Get started with OrbVoice

OrbVoice helps turn spoken clinical documentation into draft notes that you review before final use.

This page is a public companion overview. When you are in the app, in-product Help remains the authoritative guide for the current workflow.

Start simply

The goal is your first successful note, not a complete product tour.

Review before use

Treat generated notes as drafts until you confirm the clinical details are accurate.

What OrbVoice does

OrbVoice is built for healthcare documentation workflows. You record the encounter or dictation, OrbVoice generates a structured draft, and you review that draft before relying on it clinically.

This page only covers the current, validated core workflow. If a feature or step is not listed here, do not assume it is part of the public getting-started path.

Core workflow

01

Create your first note

Open OrbVoice mobile app and start a new recording when you are ready to document. Speak naturally about the encounter or dictation you want captured.

Start with the simplest validated workflow

02

Record, pause, and resume

Pause, resume, or finish the recording as needed. If more than one speaker may be captured, let speakers take turns when possible and place the device where voices can be heard clearly.

Use the recording controls as needed

03

Review and edit before use

After recording, review the generated note, correct any errors, and confirm medications, numbers, findings, and plans are accurate before final use.
