1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any OrbDoc website, tools, services, or applications (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. OrbVoice Mobile Application
OrbVoice mobile application is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”).
By downloading or using OrbVoice, you agree to be bound by the Standard EULA.
3. Website Tools and Resources
3.1 Permitted Use
Our free medical coding tools, calculators, and resources (including but not limited to RVU Calculator, Code Validator, Bill Analyzer, Denial Risk Calculator, and CPT/ICD-10 databases) are provided for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
You may:
- Use the tools for personal medical billing education and research
- Reference our resources for legitimate healthcare documentation purposes
- Share links to our tools with colleagues
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our tools, algorithms, or software
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website or tools
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tools, databases, or algorithms for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our proprietary algorithms or tool logic
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access our tools
- Resell or commercialize any data, algorithms, or tools obtained from our Services
- Remove or alter copyright notices, proprietary markings, or legal disclaimers
3.3 Intellectual Property
All tools, algorithms, databases, content, and software are proprietary to OrbDoc, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Data and Privacy
Our tools process data entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or share your medical codes, bills, or personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our tools are for educational purposes only and do not constitute:
